The UKERC have their annual meeting in Edinburgh next month (3 - 7th July). As part of this, there is a 1 day meeting on the Friday 7th July on CCS, run by Rudra Kapila of the Environmental Change Institute, Oxford University, and Stuart Haszeldine of Edinburgh. If you can attend then there is no registration fee, UKERC will provide a free meal on the Thursday evening, and even pay for accommodation overnight in the Halls of Residence (the same place that we held the evening buffet meal for the recent UKCCSC progress meeting).

Secondly, The EU ACCSEPT project (Acceptance of CCS in Europe) has produced a report that is available at the following website. It covers the legal, regulatory, economic and social factors which are influencing the acceptability of CCS in Europe.
